After I shot Christine in San Francisco a couple years ago, we’ve stayed in touch and have become great friends! On her visit, resident cat mascots Ron and Humbert fell in love with her, so much so that she ended up cat-sitting them later.
Of course, the best part about great friends who are also beautiful models is that when they come to visit, it’s automatically photo shoot time.
On Christine’s latest visit to LA, we shot this lovely set. I’ve been wanting to shoot something like this for a while–using a backdrop of an outdoor scene to tease a different location–and I love the results. Besides, there’s no other way I could get a beach scene with both Christine and Humbert in the shot.
Christine (as evidenced by the photos below), is gorgeous. I love how these came out and can’t wait for her next visit when we can shoot again!

Yes, I’ve been MIA for a bit… was a perfect storm of international travel, flu, in-town visitors and other work… all back-to-back. This is why I need an employee or two to do my bidding here.
