One of my closest and most beautiful friends is a retired model. I have been trying to convince her to shoot for iheartgirls forever and I finally got her to agree to it the last time I visited her. When I started doing photography, she was one of the first models I ever shot, and it felt amazing to shoot her again. There are unspoken things that pass between photographer and model when you know someone this well, and it’s always a thrill to feel that again.
In addition to the nostalgia, she is just a great model. She’s gorgeous (as you can see), and born to be in front of the camera. The sun was sinking low when we started, but we milked the last dying rays… so much so that we were shooting in a practically dark room at the end. I love the glow on the edges of these photos, I love how she looks, bathed in light but shrouded in mystery. The top was this amazing sweatery thing that was perfectly paired with the cozy light.
Now, some of you may know who this is in the pictures and that’s cool if you do. But if you do know, please don’t share. I want to keep a little bit of mystery. If we’re all able to keep the secret, who knows? Maybe I can convince her to shoot again…
Simply put, this shoot is extremely beautiful Cherie! And your friend has immaculate curves; she is a very sexy woman! What is she wearing on her legs? They look like they might be knitted stay-ups or something along those lines… they are so cute (and saucy) especially with the little bows – they match up perfectly with the ‘amazing sweatery thing’ too ( it also!)
Thank you Mr Bond! She is wearing a pair of grey knit thigh-highs… I love the whole comfy look. I don’t often shoot in hotel rooms so whenever I get a chance to shoot something more soft, I totally take advantage. And agreed, our mystery woman has quite the amazing figure!
She really does have that “ideal” body. She could have stayed in the business if she wanted.
Totally! I wish she had! Never too late for her to make a comeback.
I love black and white. Beautiful shots
Thanks Thomas! More B&W to come!
Spectacular. Based on the quality of what I see, she sure doesn’t need to be retired unless she feels like it. Egad!
Haha, agreed! I’ve been telling her the same thing!
Amazing set! Great stuff, Cherie!
Thank you!
What an amazing BnW set
Thank you Michael!
These shots are amazing Cherie. Ive always loved black/white shots. I have no idea who she is, i wish i did because she looks amazing.
Thank you! I love B&W as well, but whenever making the decision, I always opt for color since there’s more of a realistic quality to it. I’m going to try to do more B&W though!
