As much as I like to dress girls up, and subject them to my fiendish whims (Cat ears! Cute stockings! Japanese panties!), one of my favorite parts of any shoot is going through what the model brought for herself. You can tell a lot about a girl’s perspective from what’s in that bag. Plus, who doesn’t like to look at other girls’ undies? Come on, we all do.
Paloma is friends with some of the guys over at Grizzly Griptape, and had brought some gear from them with her to shoot. While they don’t (yet) make girls’ clothes, she modified one of the guys’ shirts and paired it with a five-panel unisexy hat. Add some dangerously short jean shorts and you have this look!
What I loved about Paloma was that she was instantly comfortable in front of the lens. There was no warm-up period, just awesome poses and expressions from the first frame. This was an awesome first shoot, and I can’t wait to share even more of our photography adventures. Stay tuned!
OMG… I’m sorry, but for everyone’s safety this set has to been taken down due to extreme levels of hotness. She is gorgeous! The meaning of the name Paloma is actually “dove”, which is very fitting for her.
Great work, Cherie! As always. And any time you feel the need to use jean shorts/daisy dukes/short shorts in a shoot, go for it hun! LOL! What can I say? Girls wearing daisy dukes is my kryptonite. ;P
I agree Paloma is stunning. I love her colourful cap as well; it looks great on her.
Her outfit was entirely her idea, and I love the cap as well! I’m a sucker for tie-dye. :-p
Yah, it does! I also think that’s very inventive of her to take a T-shirt made for guys and modify it so she could wear it.
Agreed! I am horrible at doing that. Guess I’m not meant for the world of fashion! Haha
Paloma is definitely quite stunning! Her name is quite fitting! Glad you liked the set… I have been shooting a lot of shorts lately, so you’re probably in for a treat.
Oh wow… Cherie, you’re the best!
Aww shucks.
First LOLOL. Also, Paloma is a stunner.
Haha true!
