Mosh is at the height of her modeling powers; she simply does not take a bad photo. I’ve been shooting her for years, and she is precise, aware and most important: so much fun to shoot.
We shot at my place (because I have huge stretches of floor-to-ceiling red velvet drapes in every room), and my cat Humbert (or Humbles, or Bumble) kept interrupting the shoot by sneaking into frame. But it didn’t slow Mosh down at all. Juggling cats and wrinkly drapes (I thought about steaming them, but ultimately knew no one would even notice with Mosh in frame), she delivered a flawless set.
Over the course of her career, Miss Mosh has turned into a dual threat as both a seductive model and captivating burlesque artist. We wanted to capture the flow of her burlesque performance, so I doubled up on the number of photos I normally post in order to showcase the full range of her amazing act. I’m actually happy that Cherie decided not to steam the curtains. It’s funny because I genuinely didn’t see the creases until I read the text at the start of the gallery! Now I do see them, I think they just show how encapsulating Mosh is, especially with Cherie behind the camera.
There’s a joke to be found about a Mosh pit, however, I don’t have the time. And, she’s truly beautiful, so it would probably be in poor taste. In any case, consider me a new fan.
